G. Burt Lancaster,
President:
Mr. Lancaster is 61 years old and has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, spanning a period of over 30 years. He obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree from the California Maritime Academy in 1960. His work background includes being the Director of the Electronics Group of Air Products and Chemicals and Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for the Veriflo Corporation. In 1991, Mr. Lancaster formed his own consulting firm, Lancaster Resolve Technologies, LLC, providing advice and guidance to numerous companies involved in the semiconductor and related industries. In this capacity, he has delivered lectures throughout the world in areas of semiconductor technology and its markets.

Myung Cheol Yoo, Ph.D.,
Director for Research and Development:



Dr. Yoo holds a doctorate in materials science from University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana with his masters degree from Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. At 45, Dr. Yoo's experience includes working for Samsung Electronics as Chief Researcher in their research and development center for five years. He was their Chief Researcher for developing Gallium Nitride LED devices from 1994 to 1996.

Wolfram Urbanek,
VP of Engineering:



Dr. Urbanek received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He has been instrumental in the growth of several Silicon Valley companies where he has held positions form Product Development Engineer to Director of Sales and Marketing.

Samuel (Sam) A. Hageman,
CFO:



Mr. Hageman began his career in Silicon Valley with KPMG Peat Marwick, where he worked closely with semiconductor related businesses for over eight years. More recently, he has held senior financial management positions with various high tech startups in the software and manufacturing sectors.

Tom Jory,
COO and VP of Sales and Marketing:



Mr. Jory has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing of optoelectronic products and most recently worked as Vice President of LITE-ON, Inc., one of the world's largest LED packagers. His educational background includes a B.S. in Electrical Computer Engineering from U.C. Santa Barbara and an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University.
