Oriol,
Inc., is one of the most innovative high tech companies to recently
establish its facilities in Silicon Valley. Our Santa Clara corporate
headquarters is equipped with a state-of-the-art wafer fab, including
MOCVD reactors and a complete line of die fabrication and test equipment.
Established in 2000, Oriol is now in Phase One of research, development,
and manufacturing of InGaN LEDs. Phase Two, scheduled for the fourth
quarter of 2002, will require a larger facility to produce existing
and newly developed Oriol products for the global market.
